Full Service Planning

Our team will take care of the design, planning, and execution of your wedding. We will learn and understand your vision and find the very best vendors and resources to bring your wedding dreams to life. We will be your primary point of contact, will handle all vendor research and contract negotiation, communication with those vendors, budget, and guest list management, be your support at vendor meetings, be a visionary and creative that will provide you with unique ideas with regards to wedding day design, and countless other tasks that will ultimately lead to a successful execution of your wedding. You still get to participate as much as you want and make all the final decisions but won’t have the stress of planning and managing all the details.

Full Service Event Coordination

Our expert team will be on-site the day of to oversee the load-in, set-up, and monitor all logistics.

Investment

The fee is based on our time investment & determined by your date, number of guests, number of events, labor involvement, and the complexity of your event.

Wedding Coordination is to Oversee the logistics & execution of your wedding plans

21 In Person Meeting with couple for Wedding & or Reception

  • (1). Initial Meeting To go over details.

  • (1) In attendance for Rehearsal Management Assistance.

Rehearsal Management 

  • Ensures the entire wedding party attends the wedding rehearsal, which often takes place the day before the wedding.
  • Work with your officiant to make sure your rehearsal runs smoothly.
  • Pre Wedding-Management
  • Wedding Vendor Recommendations Distributing the timeline(s), for Wedding Venue & or Reception
  • Assistance with setup. Table Settings, Linens, Decore & Floral Arrangement
  • Venue Seating chart
  • Venu floor plan, & other pertinent information to vendors 1-3 weeks prior to your wedding
  • Collecting copies of insurance (and other documents required by a venue for Wedding Venue & or Reception Venue) from vendors & passing this information along to the venue.

Creating Wedding & or Reception Timeline Creation

Venue Management

  • Collecting copies of insurance (and other documents required by a venue for Wedding Venue & or Reception Venue) from vendors & passing this information along to the venue.
  • Fielding any hiccups that may occur and making decisions to problem solve.

Vendor Management

  • Vendor Confirmation - Collecting all vendor information from you. Two weeks prior to the wedding – contacting all vendors to ensure correct contact information. landlines, cell phones #emails are correct for point of contact)
  • Outlined of contractual responsibilities and duties to be performed.
  • Serving as the “team captain” of all the vendors on the day of the wedding.
  • Ensuring everyone arrives on time,
  • Sets up as detailed in the floor plan.
  • Follow any house rules provided by a wedding venue and or Reception Venue, as detailed in your contracts.
  • The liaison between the couple and vendors to follow the timeline (s).
  • Fielding any hiccups that may occur and making decisions to problem solve.
  • Vendor Contracts - Assessing & offering feedback on vendor contracts.
  • Collecting information regarding your balances with vendors,
  • Payment date with vendors,
  • preferred payment method of vendors,
  • vendor meal requirements, etc. to pass along to you and/or the venue.
  • Reviewing order lists with rental companies, florists, caterers, etc. to ensure everything your event requires is accounted for.
  • Discussing details to ensure you’ve got everything for the day of the ceremony & or reception.

Decore & Design Assistance

  • Decor set-up and break down at Wedding Venue and or Reception
  • Setting up place cards
  • Gift table
  • Table setting and floral arrangements.

Wedding Day of Management

Ceremony & or Reception On the wedding day coordination at the venue entails early arrival to ensure all vendors are set up on time and to answer questions.

  • Inform the bride, groom, photographer and band or DJ of the scheduled events,
  • Grand entrance
  • Cake cutting
  • First dance.
  • Cocktail hour
  • Dinner
  • Toast/speeches’.etc...

Wedding & Bridal Party Management

  • Ensure everyone is in place.
  • Distribute bouquets & pin corsages to the bridal party & family members.
  • Remind the Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when it’s time to give their speeches.
  • Check that everyone's fulfilling their duties as outlined in the contract.
  • Guests receive proper treatment.

During Ceremony Management

  • Queues of the musicians. 
  • Direct ushers with seating and program distribution
  • Maintains the processional flow.
  • Ensure the wedding party gets ready for the photo shoot.
  • Directs guests to the reception.
  • Knows how to move with the timeline and accelerate or decelerate the pace, depending on the situation.

End of Ceremony & or Reception

  • Retrieve wedding gifts/cards ~ we will monitor the flow of the card box and personally hand the cards to you at the end of the night.
  • Arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle

Planning

A wedding planner helps design and orchestrate a wedding from the beginning.

1 Month Out

  • Have a Final Venue Walk-Through
  • Put Cash in Tip Envelopes for Your Planner/Delegate to Distribute It’s customary to tip the following vendors: Musicians, DJs, hair stylists, makeup artists, drivers, bartenders, and servers. Etc.

Final Week

  • Manicure/pedicure
  • Having a massage (why not make it a couple's massage?)
  • Final dress fitting (a friend or bridesmaid should come with you so they can learn how to bustle if your dress requires it)
  • Pack your bags for the honeymoon (don’t forget your passport if leaving the country), and confirm travel arrangements (if you're leaving right after the wedding)
  • Clean your ring (head to your jeweler to get your engagement ring professionally cleaned so it’s extra sparkly on the wedding day)
  • Chase any RSVP stragglers and deliver the final headcount
  • Clear your work to-do list so you can only focus on wedding festivities and take it all in
  • Practice your vows out loud
  • Write your partner a note

Night Before and Morning of the Wedding

The Night Before:

  • Eat a healthy meal
  • Pack a clutch or small bag of personal items
  • Drink water
  • Get a good night's sleep
  • Put any boxes, suitcases, bags, and survival kits to bring to the ceremony or reception in the car (you'll thank us tomorrow)


The Morning Of:

  • Stay off your feet as much as possible
  • Eat breakfast
  • Drink even more water
  • Take your dress and veil out of the bag early on and have someone steam them if needed
  • Lay out all the items (rings, invitations, etc.) that you want the photographer to capture
  • Exchange notes with your partner
